Glen Mutscher is a Global Director within The Diamond Systems Solutions (DSS) organization which was formed to accelerate productivity and value delivery across Dow; his area of focus is Manufacturing and Engineering (M&E).
During Glen’s 28 years with Dow he has held several different manufacturing roles; including Manufacturing Representative in Schkopau, Germany, Production and Site Leader in Sarnia, Canada, Six Sigma Champion and Learning Leader for M&E based in Midland, Michigan and Global Director for Talent Development in M&E. He has also held the role of Global Director that implemented Dow’s corporate investment in a new generation of Work Processes and Information Systems providing foundational support for Dow.
Glen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University in Indiana. He resides in Midland, Michigan with his wife and two children.
